Spicy Vegetarian Sambal Prawns with rice
- 150g Lamyong Vegetarian Prawns
- 30g Vegetarian Balachan Chilli Sauce
- 30ml Vegetable oil or peanut oil
- 2 Sliced red chili (seed removed) or Chilli flakes for sprinkling
- 20g Roasted peanut
- Heat oil in pan. Add Lamyong Vegetarian Prawns and cook for 1min.
- Add Vegetarian Balachan Chilli sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir fry for 1min.
- Serve Spicy Vegetarian Sambal Prawns on place. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts and fresh chilli or chilli flakes, Serve warm with rice.
