Ingredients: Mushroom, water, soybean oil, sugar, wheat flour, soya sauce, salt, vegetarian seasonings, pepper. 

Contain soy and wheat. May contain traces of nuts and seeds.

Chunky Mushroom in Tomato sauce on Pasta

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 150g Lamyong Vegetarian Mushroom Chunks
  • 50g Tomato paste
  • 125g Diced tomatoes
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 50mL Cooking oil
  • 200g Spirals pasta

Method:

  1. Cook pasta according to instruction on packaging.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Add tomato paste and cook for 1 min. Add diced tomatoes and Lamyong Vegetarian Mushroom Chunks. Season to taste. Cook up to 5 mins.
  3. Serve Pasta sauce with spiral pasta. Sprinkle oregano on top before serving. Serve warm.
