I don't know how Lamyong gets this so much like shredded chicken but it's so close it's crazy. I put it in everything that I would use chicken in, it's so delicious.

This stuff is the best, this is so much like actual chicken without the cruelty, We make everything from curry chicken to satay Chicken with this and even cook it up for wraps or sandwiches so versatile and great for bulk cooking if you are busy just freezing down meals makes life easier.
