Really good, realistic egg texture when cooked. The centre is made from carrot but tastes like nothing.. The texture is fantastic. I added to a burger with lamyong bacon, salad, burger patty for my non vegan partner and he loved it. :) .

This is an excellent product! Easy to use and looks just like a poached egg . Small number of recognizable ingredients also a plus. Apart from use at home,can see this product would also be ideal in restaurants and cafes offering plant-based burgers, to add to the variety .
